I'm Rachel Mills and my business is called Rachel Louise Yoga. I'm passionate about all things to do with well-being and I love helping people to live their best lives through this practise which is thousands of years old, yet backed by modern science. I'm a friendly and patient Yoga Instructor who tailors my lessons in a way that is bespoke to the needs of the person I'm teaching. I believe that everyone can do Yoga and it's not all about glossy social media images and fancy poses. Yoga is a great tool for moving, breathing and feeling better - it makes you feel good from the very first time you try it, with benefits accumulating over time. To be honest, I didn't feel particularly inspired by my experiences of physical education at school and didn't come from a 'sporty' family. It wasn't until my early 20's when I discovered gym based exercise, that I found something I loved doing just for myself, without needing to compete or compare with others. From there, Personal Training was a natural career choice. As a PT, I started exploring Yoga and quickly became hooked on the combination of physical health benefits and a new level of mental relaxation that I probably hadn't experienced since early childhood. Initially I gained a qualification so that I could integrate Yoga postures into my Personal Training techniques but over time it has taken over and become my main teaching passion. Yoga helped me release from physical tightness and injury as well as giving me an amazing, natural tool for managing stress and anxiety. I am so grateful for the physical and mental benefits of Yoga and am committed to sharing them with absolutely anyone who is willing to to practise.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Personal Training and a Diploma in Teaching Yoga.

I don't have lots of medals or accolades as this is not what Yoga is about! My best achievements are helping other people to achieve a goal that is important to them. Whether it's finding confidence after having a hip replacement, reducing high blood pressure, eliminating a low back pain problem or enabling someone to come off prescription medication because they have found a natural and effective way to manage depression. These things and many more have made a massive difference to my clients and are the things of which I'm most proud to have played a role in as their Yoga teacher.

Mostly I am mobile and travel to the client, but I do have some clients who prefer to practise at my home in Wanstead.

I offer private, personalised Yoga session either one to one, or in a pair or small group.

Profile assessment - Every coach who applies to list on our site goes through assessment before approval. This assessment includes background checks and qualification evaluation.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency, therefore reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforces this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system and pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud. This minimises the possibility of becoming a victim of fraud.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entail.

Our zero-tolerance policy

We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we have implemented a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we will take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.

Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
