I am a holistic massage therapist. 3 years experience and qualified to be a yoga instructor. Whilst training for yoga, I would suggest half hour sessions with my clients after a massage to try out some yoga stretches to help them relax further. I believe the power of breath and movement can really help you go deeper into a pose, even if you think you cannot! I can help you through it with some guidance and mediation. I have a lot of experience working 1-1 in yoga. I am very interested in holistic health and care about wellness physically and mentally.
