I am a yoga teacher and it is my passion to help people move their bodies in the best way possible for them. I believe yoga is the way to physical and mental well being and healing, and I want to be able to reach as many people as possible. Yoga is a medicinal practice with elements of flexibility, strength, mobility and fun. I love to incorporate breathing techniques as well as short meditations within my classes, which help to still the mind, and find focus and connection oneself.
