I’m Craig and my journey started when I went from 17 stone to 14 all whilst staying healthy and maintaining a good shape eventually going into the phase of building muscle so I know what it takes ! Myself as a coach I help people to be comfortable with being uncomfortable because I can connect with people which helps Them trust me and I can then push them harder!
