My name is Calum, I am a very positive and energetic person with a strong passion for health and fitness. I have a degree in nutrition and since graduating I have continued studying the field in my free time to stay as knowledgeable as possible. I love the science behind nutrition and how this can be applied to any sport or activity to obtain a goal or peak performance. I have experience in a wide range of sports including tennis, football, weightlifting, MMA and particularly basketball where I competed with my university team across all of Scotland. This makes me a useful coach as I am very knowledgeable in many sporting disciplines and understand the needs and requirements of each athlete. I also have experience training individuals in a gym setting to achieve weight loss or gain for getting lean or building muscle.

Winning the final of the British tournament with my University basketball team. I also have a personal transformation of weighing 100kg and cutting down to a goal weight of 83kg while maintaining muscle mass over a 6 month period.
