My name is Holly and I completed a Bachelor of Health majoring in nutrition and dietetics in Australia. I worked on a variety of research projects for the University of Newcastle including the Biggest Loser, Australian family diet survey, physical activity 4every1, good for kids and good sports. I moved to the UK in 2015 and worked in a variety of roles including exam invigilation, recruitment and as an executive assistant. I launched Nutri-wellbeing this year which develops nutrition education resources and training days. Currently working towards the next funding project with Feeding Britain/Feeding Birkenhead
I completed my Bachelor of Health and a Bsc (hons) Food Development and Nutrition. Sports nutrition was a module in my Bachelor of Health and I have had nutrition clients who are athletes in the past.
I have worked with Everton Football club on their International Women’s Day 2019 by developing a nutrition education workshop on healthy snacking for their girls teams.

Clients will be offered one to one nutrition coaching where they will set individual goals and we will work together to achieve them. Depending on their goals, clients have the option of a standard session using a food diary to assess their eating habit. The second option is around nutrition education and can be centred around guided cooking classes to encourage preparation of healthy budget friendly meals.

This assessment includes background checks and qualification evaluation.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency, therefore reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforces this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system and pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud. This minimises the possibility of becoming a victim of fraud.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entail.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we have implemented a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we will take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
