I am training for strength recently. I was an obese person 6 years ago and i managed to lose fat and gain strength and muscles and overcome the obstacles that came across my path. I made my bachelor degree in the university with a 100% scholarship because of playing basketball for the university's team. I turned myself from obese to an athletic person.

Throughout the process the client will learn how to manage his diet, fatigue management and learn new skills. If the client should be educated about the whole process so he can be more motivated and dedicated to the plan.
