My name is Isaac James and I am 23 years old. I am a very active person and enjoy training with people and helping them reach their fitness goals. I am qualified in Personal Training and was lucky enough to attend a Yacht Steward Training course; this was a very valuable experience for me as I learnt how to work in such an exciting environment. I hope that I can help people to work on themselves and to take a few hours out of their days to enjoy themselves. It has been a difficult year for us all and I hope that I can help bring back simple joys into people's lives through focusing on fitness.

I can provide course equipment such as resistance bands, light weights etc...
I will listen to my clients and work with them to figure out their goals and aims. I like to be realistic and not push my clients too far but rather make sure they are comfortable with the exercises they are doing. I will communicate with them and help to create the perfect workout plan as well as offer assistance with their diet (if they desire assistance). I am keen to make my clients feel strong and happy which is why a value the importance of attaining personal relationships with people. My clients should feel comfortable to express any concerns with me as we work together to reach their goals.
