Hi, my name is James and I’ve been involved within the fitness industry for the past 4 years, During this time I have taken on a variety of clients from all different backgrounds, Abilities and ages. All of which pose unique barriers to break, Giving me a wide range of knowledge across a broad scope. However the one thing all my clients have in common is the compelling need to improve and strive for the best! As a trainer, I will guide and support you in all aspects of training to ultimately enable you to become a more confident, healthier version of yourself . As well as a Qualified Trainer Im also a Qualified Nutritional Coach, Meaning I am able to have a much better understanding of my Clients dietary needs and provide you with tailored Nutritional Programmes to compliment the physical training you will receive alongside.

I have spent the last 4 years changing peoples lives for the better, some of my clients started out so nervous and worried about the gym environment that it took them over a year just to build up the courage to step foot in the gym. After a few months of training with me I watched their confidence grow alongside their original goals. As a trainer we aren’t just there for the physical progress of our clients but also there to support and enable them to grow mentally too. There is no better feeling that than! Im very proud of how far I’ve come as a person during my time of being a trainer. As with all my clients I like to start to with an initial consultation. This will be a friendly, comfortable chat so we can get to know each other but also crucially so I can find out what it is you want to achieve and if there have been any potential barriers in the past that have stopped you. After the consultation we will create a plan together, one that works for both of us. With my expertise and knowledge we will create a bespoke nutrition and training plan that will enable you to reach your goals and push past what you thought was possible! Then it’s a simple matter of keeping that plan in place, working through it day by day together and keeping track of all progress along the way!
