I have worked as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Business Operator, Fitness Manager and Health Club Manager both in the UK and Middle East for more than 15 years in both the UK and Middle East. I got into the Fitness Profession quite late on in my late 20's after becoming disillusioned with my career at the time. When I sat down and thought about my strengths and weaknesses, my interests and most importantly what I enjoyed Fitness is what I decided to do. I had always had an active childhood where swimming was my main sport - training five nights a week and competing at weekends. This also helped with my mid distance running at school where I competed at county level in 800m and 1500m in the summer and Cross Country in the winter. My first Gym Session was at 11 years old and my fascination and interest in training really started from there. I have since trained many people from all over the world, from different cultures and backgrounds. I am motivated by striving to help those individuals to realize and release their potential by honing in on what motivates them to achieve their lifestyle and fitness ambitions. What makes me stand out is my holistic approach where I dig deep into an individuals psyche to establish what drives them, what their experience and goals are not just physically but mentally. I'm more motivated to help and inspire those that are not familiar with making positive lifestyle changes, are skeptical of being in the gym or similar environment and really need the help and guidance to push towards their goals.

My greatest career achievement was moving to Dubai in the Middle East, a part of the world I had never been to and establishing a successful PT Business firstly with a major fitness operator and then on my own by setting up a fully licensed and registered PT business.
