I am a single mum of 2 kids who loved running but couldnt get out to run so started doing workouts at home and then added in more weight based workouts to build more lean muscle. I have been working out for most of my life as i had an eating disorder and suffered depression so exercise was the one thing that helped my moods and to motivate me. i Continued my recovery but learning more about Nutrition and how to create a strong body and mind through exercise and nutrition. This why i decided to do this as a career a i wanted to share my knowledge with others and help them to a healthier and happier mindset.

Have ran a full marathon and a 115 mile cycle for charity. I am also level 3 personal trainer, boxersise instructor, kids boxercise instructor, life coach and mindfulness advocate. I also enjoy some aerial silks and hoop as well as pole dancing
