Our approach to fitness coaching and personal training is informed by psychological theories of behaviour change, to enable you to make lasting changes to your health and fitness habits. We are passionate about educating you on the biomechanics and mind-muscle connection of exercises, rather than just demonstrating the movements, to support you to develop an understanding of why you're doing each exercise rather than just how. Our primary focus at Bourne Fitness is to develop bespoke training programmes which are tailored to your individual needs. We aspire to make exercise fun and accessible to everyone, with each session leaving you feeling empowered and motivated to progress towards your fitness goals.

We use high quality gym-grade equipment, which includes specialist Olympic bars and equipment specifically designed for those with musculoskeletal problems. Using our specialist equipment, our experienced Personal Trainers (all registered with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) will create a unique fitness programme, considering your holistic health and well-being needs.
