I'm Philippa - a Kiwi girl now calling London home, and passionate about all things health and fitness. I've been involved in a big range of sports including 10 years of ballet, 5 years of competitive aerobics (coaching and competing), equestrian, running, and multi-sport - as well as ball sports (which I play socially and very badly!!). Before moving to the UK I taught group fitness in New Zealand for several years. I become a pilates instructor after getting into it to help recover from a spinal injury and becoming passionate about the benefits to prevention and rehab of injury as well as improving posture and helping keep people strong and active throughout life!

Mat, resistance bands and blocks for one on one sessions. For larger groups you will need to bring your own mat.
Group sessions (outdoors), one on one sessions (outdoors, at your home if within 45 minutes from clapham common, or my home). Group and one on one sessions are available via zoom/teams also.
One on one or small group pilates classes. Development of progressive plans so you can continue your pilates work at home as well as in class. Focus is on classic pilates methods - focusing on technique, correct postural alignment and muscle engagement so you progress safely and in line with your own goals.
