My name is John Bell. I started my fitness journey in the Army winning the fittest soldier awards in Winchester. I now compete as an endurance athlete myself. In 5 years I have gone from a 1hr 45min half marathon to a 65min half marathon.

Gym advisor, personal trainer.

Fittest solider awards, multiple national titles ith my club ranging from the Scottish 6 stage to our 3 man team winning gold at the great Scottish run half marathon. Being selected to run at the Great Edinburgh cross country.
