I have worked in gyms my whole life. As well as yoga, cycling and hiking I lift weights daily. I have a disciplined approach to living and I am very knowledgeable in lifestyle hacking that involves diet, light therapy (for example the use of infra red and UVB) and cold thermogenesis in healing injury and optimising health. I am also into mycology and the use of mushrooms for improving my cognitive function.
