My name is Sinem Er. I am practicing yoga since 2005 and sharing my passion since 2010. I teach Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, with a focus on Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative yoga. As an experienced and committed yoga teacher, I am able to assist and inspire others on their yoga journey and learn to be in harmony with the world. Because as I began to observe myself in the light of Buddhist teachings, my practice has actually become a reminder that everything is interconnected, that everything that happens, everything we do, every word we say is planting a seed and vinyasa is a physical expression of the fact that nothing and no one can exist separately, but that everything is interdependent. That's what I want aspire to convey.

My classes are dynamic and contemplative. My style emphasizes alignment, flow, movement/breath integration and Buddhist meditation principles. I believe in the importance of safe and logical sequencing. I have the ability to distill complex postures and teach them as accessible building blocks for yogis of all backgrounds.

Since 2014, I lead Yoga Alliance USA Approved 200-hour Teacher Training Programs and Continuing Education Programs on yoga and meditation.

I am proud to be a supportive teammate in your overall health and self-care regimen - and give you incredible tools and strategies to care for your mind, emotions, and physical wellbeing. Whether you want to have a firm understanding of asana alignment, breathing techniques and yoga theory, or you wish to take private classes to deepen their practice, to work on new areas of yoga practice such as pranayama & meditation, I can help you. All ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes are welcome! Yoga is for everyone and one of my jobs is to encourage you to discover what works for you. My offerings: Vinyasa yoga: a flowing style of practice emphasizing the pairing of breath and movement stepped in mindfulness. Pacing and sequencing can be athletic or gentle depending on the client’s wishes, but expect to get a little sweaty either way! Meditation: learn the techniques of mindfulness meditation and guided on how to create a daily practice completely integrated into your life. Benefits of meditation include stress relief, improved focus, concentration, emotional resiliency, and strong connection to your heart and mind. Restorative/yin yoga: the yoga of rest, poses are held longer to promote deep rest and relaxation to calm the nervous system and drop out of the stress response.

Profile assessment - Every coach who applies to list on our site goes through assessment before approval. This assessment includes background checks and qualification evaluation.

Reviews - Our community is built on transparency, therefore reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforces this.

Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system and pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud. This minimises the possibility of becoming a victim of fraud.

Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entail.

Our zero-tolerance policy

We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we have implemented a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we will take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.

Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.

Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.

Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.

Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.

Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.

Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
