200 Hour Yoga Teaching Qualification with Friends Of Yoga (FRYOG) and Continued Professional Development

Students will take part in a traditional Hatha Yoga class that includes asana, pranayama and guided meditation. I coach students by inviting them to explore their own bodies and minds through clear, concise instructions as well as providing alternatives and modifications. My focus is very much about yogis taking ownership of their practice and doing what feels right, comfortable and safe for them thus promoting personal agency.
